What time will picks be released?

Sides will be released at 6:20 a.m. PT. Totals will be released at 8-8:30 a.m. PT.

How do I receive plays?

All plays will be released only on raspicks.com in the Release Center. We will send release warnings ahead of releases via email and SMS to all contact methods you provide in your Account Settings.

Why can’t you text or email plays?

Due to years of past success, lines are likely to move dramatically within seconds of every release. There are latency issues with e-mail and texts, so to ensure all clients are on an even playing field, all releases will be done through the release center on the raspicks website.

What happens if I determine it no longer works for me?

You can request a prorated refund for any reason if you no longer want to continue with the service. We will calculate a refund based on the number of plays you have remaining compared to the number of guaranteed sides and totals you ordered.

What happens if I’m unavailable during a play?

The CBB service can be paused at any time in your Account Settings. You can also contact us to receive only plays released early in the week or late in the week.
